Frozen Prairie

We always have fun on a walk in our prairie with our dogs. It has been too cold lately to take the entire pack out (Skadi gets chilled more easily than the others). Today was a balmy almost 20 degrees Fahrenheit, so Andy and I walked the prairie with everyone. We got about eight inches of snow from Friday into Saturday, and had high winds during the storm. There are a lot of almost open areas, then three foot drifts along the fence line and in some interesting locations.
